Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the parcel and the final destination. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. However, as a guideline for average sized orders:
All UK orders are sent via Tracked24 by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by the best tracked service offered by Royal Mail dependent on the delivery country. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the parcel has left our facility.
Unfortunately, we are unable to markdown the value of orders being sent outside the EU. As much as we strive to fulfil the requests of our customers, we are legally obliged to declare the value of all goods correctly.
All local taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
The cut of our products varies depending on how we have designed them to be worn. Your size is determined by both your build and how you would like to wear Ronning. We suggest consulting the individual product page where you will find a size guide attached, please refer to the measurements in the table to discover your required size.
For product aftercare, we first recommend consulting the internal care label of the garment which requires attention. This can usually be found sewn into the seam on the left side of the body or leg. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us HERE so we are able to advise you as best as possible so your garment is not damaged.
We aim to dispatch orders everyday Monday - Friday, all orders placed before 3PM GMT will be shipped the same day. As soon as an item has left our facility, your tracking number will be emailed to the address registered with the order.
In the event that the tracking number does not work, we advise to check the tracking over the next 2-3 days; in cases where it hasn’t changed - please get in contact HERE and we will look further into it.
To return an item, please get in contact HERE with your order number and information on what you would like to return/exchange.
All items must be returned in unworn and sellable condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns throughout the UK. If returning an order from outside the UK, we advise to send the items with a tracked service. Please insure to mark all return shipment as 'RETURNED GOODS' as we will not be able to accept any returns which require payment of import fees.
